How do I create a Moxie Maids account?

What time will the cleaners arrive?

Each cleaner has a 4 hour arrival window. The arrival windows gives us time to factor in traffic and other appointments running behind and for other unexpected occurrences. If you should need a cleaner at a specific time in that 4 hour window, please specify that in your special instructions while booking online or just call our Customer Service team at(470) 481-0707
and we will be happy to accommodate you.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard clean is a light clean that covers all of the important areas of the home. This clean is perfect if we clean your house regularly. We also offer a deep clean which is a very thorough clean which is recommended if your home hasn’t been cleaned professionally in the last 3 months.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! Our cleaning teams come ready to clean your home from top to bottom. Expect them to bring the following items:

1.Vacuum cleaner (if you don’t have one)
2.Mop and bucket
3.Kitchen and bathroom cleaner
4.Window and glass cleaner
5.Furniture spray
6.Oven cleaner
7.Non abrasive spray
8.Non abrasive cleaner
9.Sponge cleaners
10.Cloths for windows, floors, furniture
11.Steel scourers
12.Gloves
13.Products against lime scale and mold
14.*Since we know people are particular about the type of laundry detergent used, we asked that you provide your own laundry detergent.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Of course. We offer a number of add-on services (ex. carpet cleaning, laundry, cleaning inside the stove) in which you can select during your time of booking.

You can also book our cleaning teams by the hour and provide a list of special tasks you would like completed within a specific time frame.

Also, we include a “special instructions” section on our booking form. Feel free to provide additional information there as well.

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I book my first appointment?

Booking your cleaning appointment is easy. To book your appointment, please visit our booking page: http://www.themoxiemaids.com/booking-page/. Simply fill out the entire booking form, and that’s it!

Pricing & Policies

How can I cancel my appointment?

Canceling your appointment is very simple. All you have to do is login to your account or feel free to email us at support@themoxiemaids.com or call us at (470) 481-0707 and we will immediately process your request. Appointments cancelled with a 48 hour (or less) notice, will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. However, if you cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date/time, a portion of the cancellation fee will be applied to your next booking.

What is the cancellation policy? Is there a fee?

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy in place. This policy is in place to help our team better manage our appointments and to provide timely service to our customers. We understand that “things” happen and you have may have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we just ask for proper notice. With proper notice, we can quickly book another waiting client and while also rescheduling your new appointment. All appointments cancelled with a 48 hour (or less) notice, will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee. However, if you cancel your appointment and reschedule for a later date/time, a portion of the cancellation fee will be applied to your next booking.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Of course. All of our cleaners must pass a full criminal background check before joining The Moxie Maids team. In addition, all of our maids must perform a series of “test” cleans before they are fully hired. We work hard make sure that only the best cleaners show up to your home.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We work hard to make sure that every cleaning appointment is top notch. However, we know that sometimes things can go wrong. If something goes wrong, we make it right. PERIOD. If you should experience any issues during your clean, please contact us and we will be here to help.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes. Your safety is our biggest concern. All of our cleaners must pass an extensive criminal background check before joining The Moxie Maids team. Period. We pride ourselves on only recruiting and hiring only the best and most trustworthy cleaners.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We guarantee that you will be satisfied by the results of your clean. PERIOD. If you are not happy, feel free to let us know within 48 hours and we will improve upon our service by sending a cleaner back for free to finish the job.
